We are seeking a Community Manager for a 43 units in La Habra, CA. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with strong leasing skills and great customer service.
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
Candidate should have minimum 2 years of recent experience as Resident Manager or strong customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual English-Spanish a plus
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Fair Housing knowledge
Ability to deal with diverse residents in a professional and courteous manner
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Motivated to maintain high occupancy
Valid Driver’s License, insurance and own reliable vehicle
Community Manager will be required to live on site
Effectively markets the community
Enforces community rules
