Open Positions.

Part-Time Community Manager for a 24 unit apartment complex in Anaheim, CA. Candidate have a minimum of 2 years of property management experience, strong leasing skills and great customer service.

– On-Site Community Manager
– 15 to 20 hours/week
– 33.3% discounted rent (1+1 D) with electric paid
– Office is in apartment
– Approx. $10.50 – $11/hour
– Immediate opening
– Experience preferred, but not mandatory

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

Candidate have minimum 2 years of recent experience as Community Manager
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual English-Spanish a plus
Proficient with computers (MS Office, Windows, web-based programs)
Fair Housing knowledge
Apartment leasing (Property tours, credit checks, signing leases)
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Valid Driver’s License, insurance and own reliable vehicle
Community Manager will be required to live on site
Effectively markets the community
Enforces community rules Great ability to work with people

Compensation:
Rent Discount + Hourly Wage
